DESIGN POLICY: Over 100 designs are presented in the design albums. You may select the design “as is” or personalize it for a $50 design fee (feel free to borrow words, fonts and colors from a different design, and I will apply it to the design you have chosen).
The first proof and one minor revision (for typos and minor adjustments if needed) are included in your $50 design fee. After the first proof, changes in design/photo result in a $25 change fee.
One-of-a-kind designs are available for a $100 design fee.
My goal is for you to LOVE your card, so please complete your online order form thoughtfully. If you have questions during the ordering process or are uncertain about the fonts, colors or wording, please email me. I’d love to help!
PROOF POLICY: One proof accompanies each order. This is the time to double check all typographical elements for accuracy. If you find an error, I will send a revised proof before printing, but if you change your mind about the design, fonts or photo, a $25 change fee will apply. Email approval is required for printing to begin. Your approval assumes full acceptance of all design elements. Errors found after printing can be reprinted quickly, but at your expense.
DEPOSIT: A $100 deposit along with your order form will secure your spot in the design line-up. Delays in either of these will delay your design. (Check’s payable to LLH Designs.)
CANCELATION POLICY: The $100 deposit is non-refundable, so cancellation after design work has begun for these items results in a loss of the $100 deposit. Once printing has begun, an order may not be cancelled.
REORDER POLICY: It is always best to order a few more cards than you think you’ll need. The re-order minimum is 25 cards (at the 100+ price per card price).
REPRINT POLICY: If a card is defective or printed incorrectly, I will gladly reprint. I strive for perfection, but am only human and might miss a defect here and there! Please do not hesitate to let me know about any imperfections.
